About Us

Our mission is to empower women to lead in breaking barriers and building bridges across every language through interpretation and translation.

To create a world where language is never a barrier to access, equity, or empowerment — where women lead the way in connecting communities, amplifying voices, and building bridges across cultures.

At the heart of our work in interpretation and translation is a commitment to more than just words. We exist to amplify voices, build bridges, and create space for inclusive dialogue. As a women-led, women-owned consultancy, our values guide every project we take on:

Empowerment

We believe in uplifting women’s voices — both within our team and in the communities we serve. Every assignment is an opportunity to strengthen representation and visibility.

Excellence

We hold ourselves to the highest professional and ethical standards. Accuracy, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity are at the core of everything we deliver.

Inclusivity

Language should unite, not divide. We champion inclusive language and practices, ensuring that every voice — regardless of gender, background, or identity — is respected and heard.

Collaboration

We see ourselves as partners, not just service providers. We strive to be reliable and trustworthy partners as we help our clients find solutions to language barriers.

Impact

Words have the power to drive change. From boardrooms to grassroots movements, we ensure that communication contributes to equity, justice, and sustainable development.

Simultaneous Interpretation

This is a mode of interpreting in which the speaker makes a speech (source language) and the interpreter interprets into the target language almost at the same time, usually with a slight delay. Simultaneous interpreters work in an interpreting booth, although a bidule (portable interpretation equipment without a booth) can be used or whispering (chuchotage). However, for whispering interpreting, the interpreter is seated or standing with the participants and interprets simultaneously directly into their ear.

This mode of interpretation is ideal for international conferences, meetings, workshops etc.

Consecutive Interpretation

This is a mode of interpreting in which the interpreter speaks after the source-language speaker has finished speaking. The interpreter listens to the entire segment, takes notes if necessary, and then delivers the message in the target language. Consecutive interpretation is a valuable tool for situations where detailed understanding and accuracy are paramount.

Virtual Interpretation

With the world embracing more technology tools, we are aware that a lot of activities happen virtually including webinars, workshops, meetings etc. This is where this mode of interpreting comes in. You can be able to carry on your activities despite the fact that people speak different languages through simultaneous or consecutive interpreting.

Liaison Interpretation

This mode is a special type of consecutive interpreting because it is the most informal form of interpreting, typically used during visits of delegations, meeting the grassroot communities etc.The speaker needs to be mindful of that by making short pauses and the interpreter interprets the speech in short chunks.

Interpretation equipment

High-quality interpretation depends not only on skilled interpreters but also on reliable equipment. We provide professional interpretation systems — including headsets, microphones, PR systems, and soundproof booths — to ensure crystal-clear communication at your events. Our equipment guarantees seamless language access so that every participant can follow and engage without barriers.

Literary translation

Our literary translation services bring books, plays, poems, essays, and other creative works to life in a new language. We preserve the author’s unique voice, style, and nuances while ensuring the emotional impact resonates with readers just as powerfully as in the original.

Technical translation

Technical translation covers a wide range of documentation, from user manuals and software guides to safety protocols and more. It serves industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, software, automotive, and other technical fields, ensuring accuracy and clarity in highly specialized content.

Business/commercial translation

Business translation adapts marketing materials, corporate communications, press releases, and campaigns to new markets. We capture your brand voice while ensuring cultural relevance, so your message resonates with local audiences. With creativity and market insight, we deliver translations that have the same impact as the original.

Academic translation

Academic translation covers research papers, journal articles, conference presentations, and grant proposals. With subject expertise and scholarly writing skills, our translators ensure complex concepts are conveyed accurately and meet the highest academic standards.

Audiovisual translation

Audiovisual translation covers subtitling, dubbing scripts, voice-over narration, and closed captioning for films, TV, and video content. It requires not only strong language skills but also technical expertise in timing, formats, and synchronization.

Equally important is cultural adaptation — localizing humor, idioms, and references so that stories resonate with audiences worldwide.

Website/software translation

Website and software translation is part of the broader process of localization. It goes beyond words to adapt websites, apps, software interfaces, and digital content for specific markets. This includes translating user interfaces, help guides, error messages, and marketing materials while ensuring seamless functionality across languages and cultures.

From literary and academic works to business, financial, technical, and digital content, professional translation is more than just converting words — it’s about conveying meaning, culture, and impact. Our mission is to help individuals, organizations, and businesses break language barriers and build authentic connections worldwide. With accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and subject-matter expertise, we ensure every project speaks with clarity and confidence.
